THE OCTOBER 26TH PARK CREEK WORKDAY HAS BEEN CANCELED AND WILL HOPEFULLY BE RESCHEDULED ONCE THE FIRE AREA CLOSURE IS LIFTED AND WE HAVE AN ASSESSMENT OF THE FIRE DAMAGE. We hope to be able to do some work before the snow flies. We will update you once we have more info on the Park Creek Trails.

ALTURAS WORKDAY: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27th 10AM

Sunday 27th-Meet at the Alturas ski trail parking area bring gloves, chain saws, hand saws, or brush loppers. The clean up usually takes 2 or 3 hours.  This year we don’t expect too many downed trees at Alturas but we still can wander about and buff out the trails!  If the weather is nice we plan to gather for an informal picnic at the Alturas Lake Inlet for a picnic lunch. The pretty girl from the village has offered to bring a pot full of chili. Bring something to share if you like. Be there or be square!
