BE-B0P A LULA!

BE-B0P A LULA!

On a somewhat sunny Sunday, February 11th, the birthday of rockabilly legend Gene Vincent, the temperature at 8 a.m. was 4 degrees above zero at the Alturas Lake Ski Area. On Saturday, the skate lanes on the Trail to the Lake, North Cabin and Over the Hill were ginzu groomed and looking good. Old classic tracks are awaiting new snow to be reset and have been described by various skiers as fast, glazed, horrible and not that bad. But compared to what? Hey man, you’ve got to a-accen-tuate the positive, eliminate the negative and latch on to the affirmative.
Don’t mess with Mister In-Between. Strap your crazy legs to some skis and bop ’til the cows come home. Be-bop a lula and we don’t mean maybe!
