By balancing this unusual astrological tug and pull, you may experience incredibly powerful kicks and increased glide at the Alturas lake ski area. On Saturday, all trails were groomed and classic tracks were set on the Trail to the Lake, Over the Hill and South Loop. North Cabin Creek was just packed  for the first time on Friday and rolled on Saturday and might be best described as navigable but rough, so do remember to watch your speed on its winding sharp corners during this planetary alignment.
